Ukraine

L’Ukraine est un pays d’Europe de l’Est avec une population totale de 45 millions d’habitants et une espérance de vie à la naissance de 66 ans pour les hommes et 76 ans pour les femmes. Après la Révolution ukrainienne de 2014, le pays a publié une stratégie nationale de réforme de la santé 2015-2020. Avec une assistance technique du P-CSU, qu’elle a rejoint en janvier 2016, l’Ukraine entreprend une restructuration importante de son système de santé. Le Partenariat CSU a contribué à l’élaboration des  Concepts de Santé publique et de Financement de la Santé, qui visent notamment à baisser le reste à charge des personnes et à améliorer l'accès aux soins.  Les Concepts ont été approuvés par le gouvernement peu de temps après le Forum Politique de Haut Niveau en novembre 2016. L'OMS, à travers le P-CSU, fournit une assistance technique durant la phase de mise en œuvre, par exemple pour l'installation de l'Agence Nationale des Achats en Santé, et pour le développement de prestations garanties par l’État.
