Country Profile - Mozambique

Mozambique is a Southeast African country with a population of 26 million and a life expectancy at birth of 53 years (males) and 55 years (females). Mozambique joined IHP+ in 2007. The current National Health Strategic Plan for 2014-2019 incorporates the results of the multi-year review of the last plan .  A Joint Assessment of National Strategies (JANS) expert team reviewed the robustness of the current plan before it was approved. You can access important country documents by clicking here.
